How to Use the Scanner Tool

Our barcode scanner lets you instantly pull up products by simply scanning the barcode on the item with your phone. Perfect for creating your re-orders with no typing, no fuss.


🔍 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in First

To save your cart and view personalized options, please log in before using the scanner tool.

2. Tap "Scanner Mode"

Look for the Scanner Mode button, located at the bottom right of mobile browsers. Tap to launch the camera-based scanner.

3. Allow Camera Access

Your browser will ask for permission to use the camera. Tap Allow to continue.

4. đŸŽ„ Switch Cameras

If your device has more than one camera (such as a front and back camera on mobile), you can switch between them using the Camera Switch button in the scanner interface located in the top left area.

  • Tap the dropdown to display cameras available.
  • We recommend using the rear camera on mobile for best scan accuracy.
  • If you don’t see the option, your browser may only detect one camera.

5. Position the Barcode

Hold your product so the barcode is visible inside the targeting frame. The scanner will detect it automatically.

  • Avoid glare or shadows

6. View Product Preview

Once detected, a preview slides up from the bottom showing the product name, image, and quantity selector.


7. Adjust Quantity & Add to Cart

Use the + and − buttons to choose how many you'd like. Tap Add to Cart when you're ready.


8. Go to Cart or Keep Scanning

Tap the Go to Cart button at the top right if you’re ready to checkout — or scan another item to continue shopping.

  • Use in bright, even lighting
  • Keep the barcode flat and centered in the frame
  • Avoid reflective packaging that may cause glare
  • Make sure your browser has camera permissions enabled
  • Use Chrome or Safari for best compatibility

Camera not loading?
Try refreshing the page or checking browser camera permissions.

Barcode not recognised?
Ensure the barcode is clearly visible and corresponds to a product in our store.

No product showing after scan?
The barcode may not be assigned yet. Contact support for help.
